As one of Dr Yves Cotrel’s grandson and a member of the Foundation’s Scientific Board since 2013, I play an active role in selecting and monitoring the supported research projects.
The Foundation’s role and its commitment to research into the etiology of idiopathic scoliosis, seem absolutely essential to me.
In my opinion, research is an indispensable foundation of medical practice and the essential vector for progress in the understanding and management of diseases.
Playing an active part in the Foundation’s research mission is very important to me.
